Annie Minnigh
Born & raised in Shawnee, Annie brings a background in human service work and a passion for her city into her service as a Block Leader, as well as on the boards of Our Community Market of Pottawatomie County and Junior Service League of Shawnee. Annie manages Minnigh Dental alongside her husband, Andrew.
They live in Shawnee with their two children, Sophie and Brooks.
Gary Frazier
From the historic Dunbar Heights district, Gary went off to college but made the journey back home to raise his family. He is now a proud small business owner in the community he grew up in. After serving on the board, Gary joined our staff in 2019 working with students of all ages through We Care. Campus. Gary has been know to show up with a doggie to help staff & students through a hard day.
Michelle Briggs

The past & founding President of the Avedis Foundation, Michelle now serves as a Community Volunteer in many capacities, including her role as board president of the Parkinson Foundation of Oklahoma. Michelle has an extensive background in banking, finance, investments, insurance and Foundation Management.
Tesia Zientek
Tesia grew up in Pottawatomie County and, after earning her degrees at Notre Dame and Stanford, returned to serve her home and people as the Director of Education for Citizen Potawatomi Nation. She also serves as Vice President of the Tribal Education Departments National Assembly (TEDNA), and on the board for the Oklahoma Council for Indian Education (OCIE).
Sarah Haselwood
Sarah grew up in Shawnee, attended Oklahoma Baptist University, and currently works as the VP of Food Sales at Shawnee Milling Company. Sarah serves on the boards of United Way of Pottawatomie County and the Avedis Foundation, among other volunteering efforts.
She lives in Pottawatomie County with her two daughters, Emma and Mallory.
